Originally created by Positive Change Partners and Insight to Implementation (i2i), the Catalyst programme has played a pivotal role in developing forward-thinking leaders who are ready to navigate challenges, drive innovation, and build high-performing teams. Now, Catalyst 2 builds on that foundation, helping OCS leaders grow and prepare for the future.
